FAQ

  • How much is the admission?

    $54.99 per 1 hr session. All ages are the same rate.


  • What should we wear?

    We recommend that you wear some old clothing that you wouldn’t mind having a paint drop or two on.

  • How long are the sessions?

    1 hour. Please arrive 15 min early before your booking time.

  • What time should I arrive?

    We recommend coming 15 minutes early for parking and finding our location. Unfortunately, we can not extend sessions for late arrivals.


  • What is the minimum age requirement?

    4 and up. 12 years or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.


  • What is the minimum number of participants required?

    One person minimum.


  • How long do we keep art if it’s not picked up the next day?

    We keep it for up to 14 days. After that we will put it on our wall, sell or donate it.


  • Do we sell any food or drinks?

    No, not at this time.

  • What if we come late? Will you wait for us?

    We will move your reservation for the next available slot if possible.


  • How many people can participate at the same time?

    We can do up to 40 people max. (20 stations that can accommodate up to 2 people each)


  • Is there an instructor provided?

    No instructor needed. Our art studio is about creativity, free expressions and self discovery. We will get you set up and demonstrate some basic techniques, you will also have access to various short instructional videos on how to use the tools and the different painting techniques you can implement on your canvas.  


  • Do we have to make a reservation or can we just walk in?

    We recommend you make a reservation to ensure your time slot. We do accept walkins if space is available. 


  • Do I need to make a payment in order to make a booking?

    Yes.

  • Do I need to pay for everyone in my group?

    No, you can pay for your ticket only and other group members can pay all individually too.


  • Do I need to make a downpayment for group reservation?

    Yes, in order to reserve your time we request a payment in full.  For other arangements please reach out to us directly.

  • Can you send us an invoice so we can pay with a check?

    Yes we can. Contact us via phone or email to make the request.


  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We can cancel or change your booking with no additional charge but we don’t do refunds.


  • Can I get a refund?

    Cancellations are available and required 72 hours in advance of your scheduled session to be eligible for a full refund.


    Changes to guest count are available and required 72 hours in advance of your scheduled session to be eligible for a refund for the price per guest reduced.


    Rescheduling is available and required 72 hours in advance of your scheduled session to be eligible for a full refund.


    Cancellations made within 72 hours or less of your scheduled session are non-refundable.


    Changes to guest count made within 72 hours or less of your scheduled session are non-refundable and not subject to individual rescheduling.


    Whole party or individual guests in a party that fail to appear for their scheduled session are  considered a forfeiture and are non-refundable and are not available for reschedule. Calling, emailing, and all other forms of communication at the time of, or after the scheduled session, are considered forfeiture and are non-refundable and not available for reschedule.

  • Can I bring my cell phone and take pictures and video?

    YES, in fact we encourage it. We provide professional lighting setup for your phone and chargers. Just make sure to tag us.

  • Is there a dress code?

    We suggest using older clothes that you won’t mind getting a few paint drops on.

  • Do not bring any weapons, alcoholic beverages, or pets onto the property
  • Respect other customers and employees; no rude or lewd behavior
  • No smoking inside the facility
