How Does
It Work?
When you join our Affiliate Program, we will supply you with a range of banners and textual links that can be placed within your website, blog, or email. When a user clicks on one of those links, they will be brought to our website and their activity will be tracked by the Share A Sale Affiliate Network. For each sale made through your links, a commission will be earned based on your commission level, which increases the longer we work together. Commissions start at 20% of all sales referred.

What are the terms?
This SPLAT Affiliate Program Agreement (the "Agreement") is by and between SPLAT LLC, and any individual or legal entity applying for status as a SPLAT Affiliate pursuant to this Agreement ("You"), and sets forth the terms and conditions under which SPLAT LLC makes the SPLAT Affiliate Program ("Affiliate Program") available to you. By becoming a SPLAT Affiliate and using the Affiliate Program you expressly agree to be bound by and follow all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, your sole recourse is not to participate in the Affiliate Program.
SPLAT reserves the right to add, delete and/or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in its sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on the SPLAT Web Site. In the event of substantive changes to the terms of this Agreement, you may be notified by email. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement and your participation in the Affiliate Program. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program following posting of a change notice or new agreement on the Ergobaby Web Site will constitute binding acceptance of the changes.
